CURRENT POPULATION: 40 It's a rather quaint town when you get down to it. At least, that's what the Sheriff would argue. Warm and dry in the mornings and afternoons with a brisk coolness in the evenings. The perfect type of weather to just sit out on your rocking chair and observe the comings and goings. ... Of course, there's not much in the way of comings and goings when there aren't any actual people here to watch. Nevertheless, don't let that get you down! The town is your oyster and those roosters won't stop crowing until everyone's out of bed. Up and at 'em, rise and shine, it's time to make the day yours! After all, there's nothing wrong with the town today and you might just want to savor it while it lasts. This post functions as the general mingle post for the week. Those are good rules to live by, but...

[Tarvek extends his hand, retracts it, does it a couple times]

What's a 'good greeting'? Do you have a secret handshake?

[Yuna watches him do this, then laughs, light and good-natured.]

No, nothing like that! It just means when you're saying hello, and especially when you're meeting someone for the first time, you have to put your heart into it! A good greeting is sincere and kind. That way the person you're greeting knows you really are happy to see them!

That's doable. I'm not the type to greet people like you do, but I'll put my heart into it.

That's what counts! And if you're having trouble with it, that's what the fourth tenet's for, kind of. Even a small trouble is a trouble, so you can talk to me if you're having trouble with the first tenet! But I think it's going to be fine. [She pumps her fist, determined.] If you really put your heart into it, you're likely to succeed if you try!

How has everyone treated you? Has anyone else shown interest in the Hero Club?

Everyone's been really nice so far! [this is a lie shinnosuke keeps bullying her and natalie is Rude but THEY'RE HER FRIENDS... SHE REFUSES TO BELIEVE OTHERWISE......] People keep looking out for me and letting me talk about flowers. And I keep hearing that the club's a good idea! I even got a request already, so I think it's gonna be good!

[a pause, a realization]

We even got a request already! [AAAAA SHE HAS ANOTHER MEMBER]

[Oh goodness, it happened much quicker than he thought]

Aaah, where'd I put it... [Yuna spends a moment patting the pockets of her flannel and her jeans (she loves...the cowboy aesthetic......honey) before she retrieves a slip of paper, holding it out for Tarvek to take.]

It's a big one, but it's important!

I see...break those two out of prison. That's going to be a tough one, but it's not outright impossible.

[Tarvek hasn't even talked with those girls. Is it really a good idea to break them out?]

I haven't talked with them, so tell me, do you know why they're in those cells?

They said they just woke up there. It's got to have something to do with why and how all the rest of us were brought here, too!

Really?! [aaaa he's got a plan already!! Yuna's so thrilled about her new recruit] You have to let me know right away! I want to help out, too, so let me know how I can!

It may be better for me to go alone. It involves talking with the Sheriff.

He seems to me the kind of person that's better to deal with alone.

Ah...all right. [She nods; much as Yuna wants to be involved, she can tell it's better for her to hang back for now.] Will you let me know how it goes?

I-I don't know about that! It's really my friend Fu's club, she's really the leader, but she's not here so I just want to do what she'd do if she were here and run things smoothly...
