 It's time to go.
Most people are on the train by now. Settled into their cabins and among friends and loved ones. There are only three new arrivals left to board and once they do, Hal pulls a conductor's hat out from underneath the bar, tugs it on, and steps around it to the middle of the train. He opens his mouth to talk, voice filling the train.
"It's time to go. Stops happen once a day until everyone's departed and I already have your stopped listed. If you'd like to be prioritized, let me know, otherwise we'll go in order of death. Settle in and enjoy the ride. If there's anything you need, don't hesitate to ask, folks."
This, of course, means that those who died earliest (Manfred, Higekiri) will depart first while those who died latest (Barnham, Damian, Percy) will depart last. There's a stop for everyone, though those who want to get off together are more than welcome to. Hal pulls a notepad and pen out of his pocket later and people will notice that he goes around the train confirming stops with everyone. Whatever feeling Hal may have had to a character back in town isn't noticeable here -- he is simply a robot assigned with a job.
After that, it's all a matter of settling in and enjoying the ride. If that's possible for you, at least.

Can you... Revive these people, maybe? Or at least.... Change it back to where it was before I killed them...? Is that something you can do?
[ He may be hitching a ride with Sara, but it almost feels kind of wrong to leave the people who's lives were ruined by Russell's murders just... There, you know? Especially if he can fix something. ]

The easiest solution there, I think, would be to wipe your existence from that universe, since you're going back with Sara. Then nothing ever happened to them in the first place.

...Yeah, that's fine. Can you just make sure Yumi will be safe.....? I want her to be safe- - from my dad.
[ Who won't like, be his Dad anymore but you know. Precautions. ]

[surprise, noct isn't letting this end without asking hal one more dumb thing, but he definitely mulls this over for a looooong time before even trying to ask.]
Even if someone asked for it now, there's not much that can be done once... they're back in their own worlds right?
[you know, like if he bites the dust back home, he can't be ghosted somewhere else or something? he doesn't know how to even ask that though i'm sorry.]
no subject
It depends on what it is exactly.
no subject
Like. If... I was to die or something, once I got back. [he doesn't really plan on this, but hey! anything is possible.] If there's anything left, like... I dunno, a spirit or something.
Could that go somewhere else?
no subject
I guess. You want your afterlife to be somewhere else is what you're asking, aren't you?

Is it too late to use my merit? [There's a crooked smile that says even if it is, he's going to try asking anyway.]

Considering how much you have, no. What is it?

[But also...] I also want something a little more selfish if that's okay.

You clean up rather well, if I do say so myself.

Do you remember what I said, at the beginning of the game? When I told you that I intended to kill your employers so they could never run another event like this again?

There are probably other games... like this one, right? I probably can't ask that someone be spared from any future games, but - I'd like to ask that if the Okita-sensei I know is ever chosen to participate in one of them, that I am chosen as well so I can try to protect him.

... Is there any way to postpone my memories of this place? Have them come to me when I'm at Damian's point in time, not the one I'm from.
[The timeline would be... okay like that, maybe?]

You. Answer me. If I were to go elsewhere... I don't wish to travel in this body. Is that possible? I want my data to be placed in another device.
no subject
Yes, that's possible.
