WEEK THREE

CURRENT POPULATION: 35 It's a rather quaint town when you get down to it. At least, that's what the Sheriff would argue. Warm and dry in the mornings and afternoons with a brisk coolness in the evenings. The perfect type of weather to just sit out on your rocking chair and observe the comings and goings. ... Of course, there's not much in the way of comings and goings when there aren't any actual people here to watch. Nevertheless, don't let that get you down! The town is your oyster and those roosters won't stop crowing until everyone's out of bed. Up and at 'em, rise and shine, it's time to make the day yours! Except there is, perhaps, a few things amiss. This post functions as the general mingle post for the week. Wanted Posters and other small events will be posted in top levels below. [at this point she doesn't know exactly what happened to Natalie, but she does know it takes a heck of a lot of courage to move with half of your arm missing. she's definitely confident in her observations]

Xion is mostly okay, but she's heavily favoring one foot. She told me she kicked in the floor; she must have hurt herself in the process.

[ He sighs lightly and shakes his head, but it's definitely not with an air of surprise. ]

She did kick through the floor. She was... impatient.

I'll take a look at her foot when I'm finished here. It's quite possible that she broke something with how she was kicking, honestly.

She said Natalie sounded like she was in distress.

[which she OBVIOUSLY WAS with her missing arm and all, Milla can't even judge cuz she would've kicked in the floor too]

I'll tell her to let you examine her foot then, while I fetch her a fresh pair of clothing. I think she's like to look a little more presentable when Natalie wakes up again.

[ He breathes out a small, amused little laugh, but there's definitely a note of tiredness there too. ]

That's quite fair. I would be inclined for the same, but admittedly, I may retire early for the night. I'd nearly forgotten the mental exhaustion that comes with surgery.

I understand.

[she's no doctor and she understand so little about surgery, but honestly she gets his exhaustion and doesn't blame him for wanting to turn in early. he's done more than enough in her eyes, anyway]

If you could look after Natalie, that would be more than enough. I would be grateful for it as well.

Generally speaking, it would be better if I were to stay with Natalie through the night, but it does also seem like she has good friends to look out for her. It is the same for Xion. That, and I am easy to find.
