[ WEEK SIX ]

WEEK SIX

CURRENT POPULATION: 14

It's a rather quaint town when you get down to it. At least, that's what the Sheriff would argue. Warm and dry in the mornings and afternoons with a brisk coolness in the evenings. The perfect type of weather to just sit out on your rocking chair and observe the comings and goings.

... Of course, there's not much in the way of comings and goings when there aren't any actual people here to watch. Nevertheless, don't let that get you down! The town is your oyster and those roosters won't stop crowing until everyone's out of bed. Up and at 'em, rise and shine, it's time to make the day yours!

After all, there's nothing wrong with the town today and you might just want to savor it while it lasts.

This post functions as the general mingle post for the week. Wanted Posters and other small events will be posted in top levels below. If there's any questions or requests, please send a PM or shoot a PP to [plurk.com profile] robowest.

I feel that I have, at least. There are only so many stories that sound like fiction to my ears that I can hear before I simply must accept them as truth. If I were to reject all of them, I don't think I would be able to hold much in the way of conversations at all.

[ Because even with his "hobbies" before, he still feels almost comically normal in comparison to some people. Milla would be one, considering she isn't even human, though she's hardly the only one where Hannibal has gotten that sense.

As she holds out the bookmark, Hannibal pauses in putting his stack away and reaches out to take it. He looks at it and flips it over with a smile. It's soft and fond. ]

—I'm surprised she remembered. I mentioned it was my favorite flower when we first spoke. It seems like quite a long time ago now.

[his own soft smile causes Milla to pull up one herself. she almost looks like she's reminiscing, but who wouldn't while they're thinking of a deceased and dearly beloved friend?]

It does, doesn't it? [she chuckles lightly, though it's without humor] She also remembered I had more than one favorite color. Out of everyone here. . . I think Yuna was the most thoughtful and kind.

[perhaps that's why Milla had come to care for her so quickly. she had an affinity for the do-gooders of society, after all]
