It's a rather quaint town when you get down to it. At least, that's what the Sheriff would argue. Warm and dry in the mornings and afternoons with a brisk coolness in the evenings. The perfect type of weather to just sit out on your rocking chair and observe the comings and goings.
... Of course, there's not much in the way of comings and goings when there aren't any actual people here to watch. Nevertheless, don't let that get you down! The town is your oyster and those roosters won't stop crowing until everyone's out of bed. Up and at 'em, rise and shine, it's time to make the day yours!
After all, there's nothing wrong with the town today and you might just want to savor it while it lasts.
This post functions as the general mingle post for the week. Wanted Posters and other small events will be posted in top levels below. If there's any questions or requests, please send a PM or shoot a PP to robowest.
What was the point of making one for me? It's not like I can even see it. [Though he's feeling bumps in the glue, and he's... hoping that it's not what he thinks it is.] Idiot...
[she takes it and runs her hands over the raised glue]
. . . the sunflowers, chrysanthemums, and pink cosmos are arranged down the bookmark, making it tall enough to fit two of each flower in an alternating pattern. The colors don't exactly match, but I don't think that matters when you take into account what the flowers mean.
[flips the bookmark over to read the back]
The sunflowers are for "always having faith." The chrysanthemums are for "strong friendship" and "staying hopeful." The cosmos are for "affection" and "remembering happy things."

. . . would you like for me to describe it for you? I know it isn't the same, but it is her gift to you.

Ha... so the opposite of everything I stand for, huh? [No. He knows very well why she chose those flowers.] Idiot.

You should try writing her a letter of thanks. I imagine she'd be very happy to hear from you.

I'm sure she has plenty of other friends who're better off doing that.
[HE SAYS AS IF HE DOESN'T HAVE A LETTER FOR HER.]
