The town is quiet, eerily so. All animals, all chatter, all gusts of wind have come to a complete stop this morning. A tumbleweed passes by through the center of town and the rocking chair on the Sheriff's porch sways but remains silent. Everything is muted and as the door of the hotel opens, the only sensation that rings utterly true today is this:
One of your own is gone.
And now, as the rules state, it is your job to discover their fate.

[The group will likely run into Damian on the way to the homestead--he's heading in the opposite direction they are, but on a beige horse with no saddle and only a rein. Ocelot may also be somewhere nearby with DD.
His gallop is as fast as the horse can go, so he'll be coming up on them in a vicious hurry. Look out?]

Whoa! [And he's dragging Harry and Noctis specifically since they're nearby out of the way and hoping the girls dodged, too.] Dude, learn to ride! [And not mow people over! With that said, he's watching him go and makes a resolve to talk to him later. Time to catch up and head for the homestead.]
[Hilariously, several yards behind, the horse manages to stop with a frustrated rear. Instead of, you know, apologizing for gunning people down with a horse, he yells:] There's no one there that we could find! [He tries to rein in the pacing, amped horse.] The dog couldn't smell anyone!
[He's still walking, but he can at least yell back.]

Without another word, Damian tugs on the reins and digs his heels into the horse's sides. He flies off toward the town as fast as he flew up on them to begin with.]
