It's a rather quaint town when you get down to it. At least, that's what the Sheriff would argue. Warm and dry in the mornings and afternoons with a brisk coolness in the evenings. The perfect type of weather to just sit out on your rocking chair and observe the comings and goings.
... Of course, there's not much in the way of comings and goings when there aren't any actual people here to watch. Nevertheless, don't let that get you down! The town is your oyster and those roosters won't stop crowing until everyone's out of bed. Up and at 'em, rise and shine, it's time to make the day yours!
Except there is, perhaps, a few things amiss.

While that would probably work are you sure that's a good idea? [He's all for destroying stuff but he also doesn't trust, like, anything here? At all.]
What about asking the Sheriff for another weapon? I'm not sure he'd say yes, but what's the harm in asking? [i.e. yes he'd feel better if people were armed, too.] Unless you just shot at a weak point.
Fair point. [Considering the guy's a jerk it's not really something that Percy can blame anybody for.] What do you usually use anyway? [He caught that movement, but he doesn't want to assume yet either.]
You and me both. [He doesn't clarify if he means the sword, powers, or what.] It bugs me that the Sheriff can take our stuff when that shouldn't even be possible.
I don't see why not. It counts as participating instead of hiding in the hotel all day like I'm sure some people would like to do.
[A pause.] I was thinking...did you see that map at the train station? I was thinking about taking it down and keeping it at the hotel with us and marking off stuff we discover about the town. Write down what's behind the boarded up doors when we figure it out, mark how long it takes to get to the farm, stuff like that. Think it's worth it?

There's likely some risk involved with that course of action, though. I'd feel better if I were armed before doing it.

I think that's wise, and will keep us all from investigating the same area more than once. And it might come in handy during trials, too.
