CURRENT POPULATION: 40 It's a rather quaint town when you get down to it. At least, that's what the Sheriff would argue. Warm and dry in the mornings and afternoons with a brisk coolness in the evenings. The perfect type of weather to just sit out on your rocking chair and observe the comings and goings. ... Of course, there's not much in the way of comings and goings when there aren't any actual people here to watch. Nevertheless, don't let that get you down! The town is your oyster and those roosters won't stop crowing until everyone's out of bed. Up and at 'em, rise and shine, it's time to make the day yours! Except there is, perhaps, a few things amiss. This post functions as the general mingle post for the week. Wanted Posters and other small events will be posted in top levels below. [ When everyone wakes up on Thursday morning (or around 5AM, at least), they'll find Jason Todd currently locked up in the stocks. There's no lock keeping him in place but no matter what, the wooden stocks don't seem to budge. Looks like he's just stuck there for a while. ]

[SIIIIIIGH what the hell, kid. What did you do to get stuck on the stocks. Did you do something stupid? Tarvek stands nearby and shakes his head ruefully]

I can't believe it.

[And then he walks away. A few minutes later he returns, though, carrying a large box, which he slams down near Jason]

Let's make this a bit easier for you. Kneeling or sitting will be easier for you in the long run than having to stay on your feet.

[No one can say Tarvek doesn't sympathize with other people's plight. If you cooperate, Jason, he'll get this box in place in one second]

[He has done plenty of stupid things? Just look at the new, shiny sign in town. That's answer enough.

For a moment there, Jason assumes Tarvek only swung by to gawk. Which, fair, but it means he's thinking of some choice words when he returns. Jason gives him a rather indignant scowl, right before noticing the box.

And then he huffs, switching to stare the ground to his left. How very... dusty.]

[Just let him sit down or whatever. He's still injured from his murderbox expedition on Monday and this. Is not helping him heal, no. If anything it's just fucking him up even more.
